DAJKASW is non visible in COD2 multiplayer SW List

Hi friends..When I refresh server list on mp game server list,there is no dajkaiekipa server...Am I banned?Cause the server is online when check here online..I m trying connect manually ip and port,I cant connect

I just check in firewall and see. IP adress of both player's is blocked. May be some of admin do this , or automatic ddos protection ( too much packets can cause IP blocking ). Whatever, now is IP's unblocked and try to connect on server.
