In first you must check your link ( connection ) to Germany. In example, yesterday all player's from Turkey have ping 999 and connection interrupted. This is broken link from Turkey to Germany.

Alright, so is it normal to receive the message "You are permanently banned from this server" when this broken link to Germany happens?

Now I am trying to join and I get the same message again. Isn't this different from having a broken link?
