Banned on DM Server

Dear admins,
Really? Banned again for no reason at all? I've played a lot with you guys, and yet I get banned just cuz some random other player calls me a hacker. He didn't even care to spectate me.
To me it just appears that many players don't use sound to their fullest - maybe they play with music or sth. They often call me a hacker when all they have to do is listen if someone is running or jumping instead of crouching - you can hear that from quite some distance away. It's not that hard.
Maybe ask other players that are often here (and have some skill too!) what they think.
In the hope to get unbanned soon, so I can further enjoy playing on your server,
