Who is ATJ Komandos to kick people for no reason???

My name in game is HuH-I-OwN. ATJ Komandos kicked me out of server 2 times for no fckn reason, sorry my language but this man makes me really narvous. Can someone take off him permisson to kick/ban for no reason?
