For now you IP is unblocked.
Reason for blocked Ip is not for cheat only. Server have few ddos protection layer's. May be you have too much packet's in second, and server ban you'r IP automatically.
I know that you are not cheater, but sometimes automatic ddos protection ban player's with too much packet's in second. One of reason is HLSW, If you use that for connect to server, that may be reason for automatic ban.

Sometimes server is under DDOS attack, in this cause, server is invisible in browsers. But, in Your cause, I know that you are heavy camper and I dont exclude that some of admins ban you for camping.
